The controller is not receiving valid hall sensor signals from the motor. The motor shakes, grunts or does not move. Usually a wet motor connector, a crushed cable or a dead hall sensor.

- Water or corrosion in the motor connector
- Crushed motor cable at the axle
- Failed hall sensor inside the motor
- Controller hall input damaged
How to fix S866 / S830 display error E07
- Unplug the motor connector, dry and clean it, re-seat
- Inspect the cable near the axle
- Test the hall signals with a multimeter if you can
- Replace the hall board or motor cable; if a good motor still shows E07, replace the controller
