Bosch error 610: Battery voltage error
The battery's voltage is outside the expected range. Most often the battery is deeply discharged after long storage; less often a cell group has failed. The system stops assistance to protect the pack.

- Deep discharge after months of storage without charging
- Weak or failed cell group inside the battery
- Charger fault leaving the battery under-charged
- Very cold battery reading low voltage
- BMS fault
How to fix Bosch error 610
- Switch off and remove the battery
- Charge fully on the original Bosch charger; a deeply discharged pack may take a while before the LED shows charging
- Let it reach room temperature
- Refit and restart
- If the charger will not charge it, or the code returns after a full charge, a dealer must test the pack with DiagnosticTool
